VJ Ranch Dog Rescue in New River is hosting a pet adoption and fundraising event Saturday, Dec. 19.
Several rescue groups will bring dogs available for adoption, including Chiquita Chihuahua Rescue, Ruby Ranch Rescue, Circle L Ranch, Mini Mighty Mutts, and Woofs, Wiggles n Wags.
Expect food and a bounce house for the kids. Admission is free, but donations in the form of dry dog food, laundry soap, puppy toys and dog beds are requested to support the mission of the rescue groups.
